At Hearthstone Hospice, we believe that end-of-life care should be deeply personal, compassionate and rooted in dignity. We were founded with the conviction that there is a better way to care for people during one of life’s most sacred chapters—a way that treats each individual not just as a patient, but as a whole person, surrounded by love and support.

Our story began with the creation of Hearthstone Communities, a group of home-based care residences built to feel like family—warm, attentive, and respectful of every individual’s needs and life story. As our communities grew, so did the need for thoughtful, holistic hospice care. In response, Hearthstone Hospice was born.

Our approach is interdisciplinary and patient-centered. We provide expert medical care while also addressing the emotional, mental, and spiritual needs of both the patient and their loved ones. We understand that the end of life is not just a medical event—it is a deeply human experience.

Our mission is to provide optimal comfort, peace, and dignity to those we serve. We walk alongside families during this time, ensuring that no one feels alone and that every moment is met with care, presence and respect.
