Description
Using a combination of breathwork, sensory awareness, yoga postures and meditation, Yoga for Stress focuses on transforming stress symptoms and anxiety by teaching you how to effectively calm your mind through your body. This organization of practices can help you better cope with post-traumatic stress and/or anxiety by training your body to relax and teaching your body and mind to better manage stress. This class is accessible to everyone regardless of your level of flexibility or experience. A longer svavasana for each class will incorporate a short guided yoga nidra. This class is appropriate for students of all levels.
