Voter Information Weekend, presented by Richard Kimball, President of Vote Smart. Mr. Kimball will be launching and demonstrating a powerful voter tool, OnPoint, which will enable citizens to access votes, issue positions and public remarks of representatives instantly via cell phone. Vote Smart's mission is to provide free, factual, unbiased information on candidates and elected officials to all Americans.
