This session will focus on the intricacies of litigation involving various types of Community Associations from court actions, to Alternative Dispute Resolution options and the defense of Administrative Claims, professional insights will be provided. We will discuss how Associations can use litigation effectively and how the Board can/should determine if litigating a matter is in the best interests of the Association.
