Performed by MACOMB SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA. Back by popular demand - film maven and cinema expert Kevin Walsh offers insights and interpretations of great holiday films with their music. Indeed, some of our most cherished holiday songs and carols originally debuted in movie theaters. How about Irving Berlin's White Christmas, from the 1942 movie Holiday Inn And, of course, the annual ritual of watching Jimmy Stewart in the film classic It's a Wonderful Life wouldn't be the same without the incredible musical score by Dimitri Tiomkin. On a downright hilarious holiday note, movies such Christmas Vacation (starring Chevy Chase) and Mixed Nuts (with Steve Martin and Madeline Kahn) can't help but put you in the spirit with such uplifting music.
