Macomb Mall is excited to partner with Mad Science of Detroit and offer fascinating and interactive demonstrations for children 10 and under as part of their Kids Club program during the week of Spring Break. These shows will feature “Mad Scientists” and are not only action packed, but also sneak in some educational items while all of the fun is happening! All events will take place in the Dick's Sporting Goods Court. THURSDAY, APRIL 5, 2018, 11:00AM-1:00PM Up, Up and Away! – This spellbinding special event introduces children to the principles of air and pressure. Hot air balloons, vortex generators and even a hovercraft will help children understand the power of air. Pet Tornado Station* – Discover the extreme forces of nature that power tornadoes and hurricanes. Build your very own tornado simulator to take home. *All “take home” fun station activities are available while supplies last (approximately the first 75 children to attend).
