All classes are FREE! ~8:20 a.m. - Strength 60 (60 mins of strength training - work every major muscle group) ~9:30 a.m. - Dance Mixx (cardio and strength training) ~10:40 a.m. - Lo Dance Mixx (cardio and strength training without any hopping or jumping)

Come celebrate the 1 year anniversary of the opening of the Jazzercise Mt. Clemens Fitness Center! ~We will have three classes available to try. ~Prizes will be given away and refreshments served. ~If you haven't tried Jazzercise, come and see what it's all about! ~Bring hand held weights and water.
