Women today play many roles - wife, mother, employee, parental caregiver - and it's difficult for them to find time to take care of themselves. The purpose of this educational conference, which is open to the general public and the medical community, is to empower women to find ways in their busy schedules to take care of themselves. The conference will review how women can take care of their heart health, fitness, nutrition, emotional health, breast health and fertility health.
