Description
This session will explore co-owner Constitutional rights such as free speech, gun ownership, political affiliation (signage), religious practices (statues) and the like in the Condominium and HOA setting. We will discuss the ins and outs of creating bylaws that regulate co-owner behavior without violating a co-owner's Constitutional rights.
