Join us for an unforgettable hands-on blending workshop with Amy Birk from Domaine Berrien Cellars! Taste estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot as Amy guides you through the process of crafting your very own Bordeaux-style blend — your custom Crown of Cabernet.
You’ll learn the art and science of blending, experiment with proportions, and design a wine that’s uniquely yours. Each guest will bottle, cork, and label their personalized blend to take home.
