Join Dr. Karen Groth from ASK Psychological Services at the CoLAB in downtown Mt. Clemens for a 2-hour workshop focused on understanding and implementing self-care strategies to support your mental well-being. We will explore various aspects of self-care and engage in meaningful dialogue and hands-on activities to help you find effective ways to incorporate self-care into your daily life.
