DESCRIPTION:The Clarinet Workshop offers intensive musical training for the developing clarinet student. During this week-long workshop\, a foundation of clarinet fundamentals will be presented through discussions\, warm-ups\, exercises\, and a workbook\, with a cumulative performance presented at the end of the week. Some of the topics of this workshop include breathing techniques\, tone production\, articulation\, hand position\, intonation\, reed adjustment\, equipment\, practice techniques\, and other related information to enhance the serious clarinetist's education. Session Date: August 8 - 12\, 2016 Grades: 6 - 9 The schedule for the week is as follows: Monday- Friday:\n\nSession 1: Grades 6 & 7   9am-12pm\n\n Session 2: Grades 8 & 9\; 1pm-4pm
