DESCRIPTION:Join us for the unveiling of the newly planted Rosie the Riveter Garden Memorial\, created in collaboration with the General Josiah Harmer Daughters of the American Revolution Chapter. Each rose in the garden honors a Packard "Rosie" who made significant contributions to the war effort\, with many receiving awards for their extraordinary efforts.? The event will feature a program titled "Heroes of the Home-front\; Rosie the Riveter & the Women Who Helped Win the War\," presented by visiting speaker Debra Wake. Guests are encouraged to come dressed as a "Rosie" or wear patriotic colors (Red\, White\, and Blue). Enjoy a beautiful luncheon catered by Da Francesco's Ristorante as we celebrate and learn about these remarkable women. You can purchase a table for eight to ensure you and your fellow Rosies and patriots can enjoy this event together.? To purchase your tickets\, visit packardprovinggrounds.org/rosie.
