DESCRIPTION:Turn in your unused or expired prescription and over-the-counter medications for safe disposal. A Macomb County deputy sheriff will be onsite to help dispose of medications. Beaumont will collect discarded needles\, syringes and lancets from area residents as a community service. All needles\, syringes and lancets must be placed in durable containers with lids. Acceptable containers include: laundry detergent bottles with caps and coffee cans with lids. There is NO CHARGE for this service. A Beaumont pharmacist will also be onsite to answer questions about medications.
